(MAYBE) Software Developer

now in Vietnam

Most of the amazing developers I work with today never imagined they’d become professional programmers — especially not at such a young age.

Yet here they are, building real products, growing every day, and feeling proud of what they’ve accomplished.
Hi, my name is Dalibor Jaroš.

I co-own several successful software companies across Europe, and I help lead two dev teams working for clients in Vancouver, Canada.

The colleagues I work with — developers I deeply trust — didn’t come from elite universities or fancy backgrounds.

A few years ago, most of them had never written a serious line of code.

They just had the right mindset, the drive to improve, and the courage to try.

Some of them started from complete zero.

Excel spreadsheets. Minecraft mods. HTML pasted into WordPress.

Today, they handle challenges from demanding clients across multiple countries.

And the best part? They’re proud of themselves. And they should be.

Over the past 18 years, I’ve helped dozens of people grow into confident, valuable developers.

That’s not just a job — that’s one of the biggest passions of my life, and one of the core strengths of our entire group of companies.

One of my past colleagues was from Vietnam — and I’ve heard nothing but praise for Vietnamese people:
Hardworking. Eager to learn. Determined.

And honestly, it reminded me of the best people I’ve worked with in Europe.

That’s why I’ve decided to give this a real shot.
I’m looking for at least two or three talented people in Vietnam to help start a new software company with me.

If you’re among the best, I want you to earn European-level salaries — and feel the same pride in your work as our developers here in the Czech Republic.

Even though our company is based in České Budějovice, most of our team works from across Europe and America.

But I believe decisions that shape your life for years ahead should begin with something personal.

That’s why I’ve written you a letter.

Click the link below.

It may be the most important letter you’ll read this year.
